KU Department of Geography, lead by Dr. Johannes Feddema: Climate Change in Kansas
Dr. Johannes Feddema is a Professor of Geology at the University of Kansas, and a panelist (one of only two from Kanas) for the United Nations Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change. Much of the information we see about climate change reports upon large-scale impacts at the national or global level.
Dr. Feddema and his team have done significant work to investigate the specific impacts of climate change upon Kansas. His knowledge of existing climate data and modeling is unparalleled in Kansas.
