GPACE Comments and Questions To Tri-State Generation & Transmission

Tri-State is the large, Colorado-based utility that will own almost all of the proposed Sunflower Electric Holcomb coal plant, and the electricity produced by it. In response to an RFP for baseload power by Tri-State Sunflower abandoned its already-permitted Sand Sage project.
